Here’s a tool to find how and where your hard drive is filling up. JDiskReport

This tools gives a nice list and graph of the types of files and their sizes. Remember if you don’t have at least a 1/4 of your hard drive free then you’re too full. A hard drive is at its best at less than half full. Open your My Computer icon and right click on the c:\ drive and select properties to see a graph of the free and used space.
